Effective from October 1, 2021, the Security Industry Authority (SIA) has revamped the renewal process for Security Guard (SG) and Door Supervisor (DS) licenses. To renew your license, completion of the compulsory SIA Top Up Training course, also known as “Top Up Door Supervisor Refresher,” is required. This 2-day course, accompanied by a pre-training workbook, enhances the skill set of door supervisors to match those who initially completed a course and qualification.
